Order Processing and Shipping
Orders placed will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so they do not count toward processing, shipping, or delivery times.
During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping companies often face increased delivery volumes, which may cause delays or issues beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these times.

 

Total Shipping Time
The total shipping time consists of two factors:
• Processing Time: The time we need to prepare your order before shipping it.
• Delivery Time: Depends on the selected shipping method and the recipient’s location.
The estimated delivery date will be provided in the shipping confirmation email, which you’ll receive within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Please note that this date is an estimate and does not constitute a guarantee.

 

Order Tracking

Partial Deliveries
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Loss or Damage
Masio Roa is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier service. The tracking number provided will help you initiate a formal claim with the shipping company in case of any issues.
If you choose a shipping method without tracking or signature and your package is lost or damaged, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend selecting secure shipping methods.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Masio Roa does not cover these additional costs.
