Order Processing and Shipping
Orders placed will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so they do not count toward processing, shipping, or delivery times.

During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping companies often experience a higher volume of deliveries, which may cause delays or issues beyond our control. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times.

 

Total Shipping Time
Total shipping time is made up of two factors:
• Processing Time: The time we need to prepare your order before shipping it.
• Delivery Time: Depends on the selected shipping method and the recipient’s location.

The estimated delivery date of your order will be specified in the shipping confirmation email, which you will receive within 24 to 48 hours after completing your purchase. Please note that this date is an estimate and does not constitute a guarantee.

 

Tracking Your Order
Each order includes a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your shipment at all times. You will receive this number in the shipping confirmation email.

 

Partial Deliveries
In some cases, the items in your order may be shipped in partial deliveries to ensure faster processing. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Shipping costs vary depending on the selected delivery method, weight, and destination of the order. For the most accurate pricing, add your desired items to the cart and, during checkout, you will see the updated costs after entering your address and preferred shipping method.

 

Shipping Loss or Damage
Masio Roa is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier company. The tracking number provided will help you file a formal investigation with the shipping carrier in case of any issues.
If you choose a shipping method without tracking or signature and your order is lost or damaged, no refunds will be issued for these reasons. We always recommend choosing secure shipping methods.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Masio Roa does not cover these additional costs.

 

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. This email usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
